I’m Fulvio Dalfelli, an Enterprise Architect based in Rome. I have rich experience in Project Management, Integration & Orchestration and Service Delivery Management.

I’m a dynamic business leader with 20 years experience in IT project management and services within start-up and large enterprise companies.

I’m focused on driving business development for services management, pre-sales and software, recruiting, developing and retaining resources, overseeing strategic engagements and customer relationships.

I began as an IT System Engineer and an application development consultant. Later I worked in Professional Services at Wind – Poste Italiane – IRIDE Energia – ACEA and Enel taking a certification of BMC BladeLogic products in Lexington before re-locating to IT Professional Services for IT Voice in Rome as Delivery Manager and BU consultant. After the TOGAF 9 certification, I deal with consultations such as EA in the Bank of Italy. At the present I deal with consultations such as DACS/APFIS consultant in the Ministry of the Interior such as Technical consultant for the HPe (Orange INES – GILDA project and Rai Way SM DTT project) and Integration & Orchestration for P&G
